Stacy L. Asbell, senior sounsel, is a highly experienced real estate lawyer who has been in practice for over 25 years. Known for her command of the law, deal-making skills, incredible work ethic and responsiveness to clients, Stacy is described by clients as literally available “24/7”. Clients applaud her for her very evident passion for doing an outstanding job for them—describing her tireless attention to detail to save them dollars and get the deal done efficiently and correctly.

While regularly representing clients in the acquisition, financing and disposition of office, retail and industrial properties, Stacy also works with lenders and borrowers in financing transactions. In addition, she also advises clients on commercial and retail leasing issues and assists the succession planning, trust and estate administration lawyers in matters of estate planning and administration.

Before joining Hyland Levin in 2010, Stacy practiced at both large and mid-sized law firms in the Delaware Valley, including Blank Rome. She is an active member of the Camden County Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Stacy recently completed her term as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Boys and Girls Club of Camden County. She currently serves on the Executive Board of the Samost Jewish Family & Children’s Service, and in May 2013, received the John Adler Government Advocacy Mission Award for her work in advocating for those in need in South Jersey.

A graduate of Dickinson College (B.A., cum laude, 1992), Eagleton Institute of Politics (M.S. 1995), Stacy received her law degree from Rutgers University School of Law – Camden (J.D., with honors, 1996).
